By using Little Stops you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Little Stops helps families plan car journeys and discover family-friendly stops along the route. Recommendations are generated automatically using third-party data (Google Places, Open-Meteo) and are provided for guidance only.

Always check opening hours, suitability and safety information before you set off, and follow your sat-nav's live instructions while driving.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to create an account.

Your content

When you post reviews, ratings or feedback you keep ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and adapt that content within the app and its promotional materials.

Don't post anything that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexual, infringes someone else's rights, or includes personal details of other people without consent.

Moderation

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users. Reviews can be reported using the "Report" button on each review.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that stop information, opening hours, routing or weather data are accurate or up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments, route delays or experiences at recommended stops. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
